Hello! We use NeonPay and Quickbooks, and NeonCRM. Our accountant has a hard time using NeonPay to distinguish donations from registrations (when a donation is added to a registration purchase). She also is unable to see any donor notes that change the classification of a donation. From what I see on NeonPay reports, they don't indicate how much of a charge is for donation vs. registration.
Any suggestions for how other users manage this?
