Ability to trigger "Pay Later" emails as a System User
AnsweredI love that our front-end event registration forms have a "Pay Later" option that also sends the constituent an email confirmation.
It would be so much more convenient if System Users were able to trigger that same email on the back end! My organization works with people with disabilities and older adults who sometimes have difficulty with technology and prefer to register for events or renew their membership over the phone, but want to mail us a check instead of using a credit card. Not being able to send any type of confirmation email in this instance is a huge barrier for us.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for the feedback and the details about your use case for Pay Later! I'm adding this to our list to consider for future updates.

I agree with the original post. We have had event registrants decide to add another person to their registration later, over the phone, and want to mail a check. Or adding an attendee whose institution mails a purchase order and is paying post-event by check, once their employee's attendance is documented. Admins need the "pay later" capability as much as the constituent.
Thanks!
