User Type with only Patron Check-in access

It would be great to have a user type that only has access to the Patron Check-In screen or add it to the scan only user type. The scan only user type only goes to the scan tickets screen and that it. Our ushers use the check-in screen for all performances, and we have to add them as the Limited Box office user type in order for them to check in patrons. The problem with that is that they are also able to do box office things like sell tickets and change patron information.
