Ability to use saved reports as search criteria elsewhere

Specifically when configuring groups for events.  So that I may reuse the same search for each event that needs it.

Also, when using Event name as the criteria, we need the "containing" operator.   It doesn't make any sense that the containing operator is not available when searching this text field, but is available when searching for Event Code, which is most likely something very precise and you only need "equals" and "not equals."
