I submitted this previously to the Neon Support team, but wanted to also log it as a feature request for 2022.
Our organization currently tracks engagements (meetings with partners, conference attendance, technical assistance, etc.) outside of Neon, but ideally we would like to bring this data into the CRM.
However, one issue stands in the way: only one Account can be attached to an Activity. Many of our engagements involve multiple constituents/Accounts, and we would definitely want these multiple accounts to be reflected in the data for reporting purposes. Having the ability to select multiple accounts under one Activity would vastly improve our activity tracking and allow us to bring more of our daily record-keeping into the system. Moreover, the ability to customize other fields within the module would be icing on the cake! As it stands now, the Activity module in Neon unfortunately serves no purpose for our organization.
