How to manage individual donations that come from a donation organization

I need some advice. There is an organization in our community that people go to for donating called Give Guide. There are many organizations listed and donors can select and donate to any of the listed organizations in any amount. Our organization is listed and we are receiving donations. The donations come to us in batches from Give Guide with the names and amounts for individual donations. The question is: how do we capture these donations. We need to capture the individual donor information. Entering their information into our database along with their individual donation amount generates a transaction in NeonPay. But we don't receive the donation from the individual but from Give Guide. How do we deal with these batch donations and record the batch donation amount that can sync with NeonPay and not generate an individual donation record in neon?
