Send an Email from an Account Page
We can send an individual email from an account.
1. At the Mission Control Dashboard, use the search bar to search the constituent’s name.
2. In the About section, locate the email address and select the Actions menu. Select Send Email.
3. Enter the Email Name, Subject, and Preview Text. When finished, select Save.
4. Optionally, select Edit Sender Name & Email to update these items. Then, select Save.
5. Optionally, Select Edit Theme to select a different email theme from the dropdown menu. When finished, select Save.
6. Next, you need to add content. For this example, select Quick Edit. Here you will be able to enter a message. When finished, select Save.
7. Lastly, select Send in the bottom right corner.
