**NOTE: Legacy Forms have been disabled for new CRM instances. This section only applies to old instances.
Previewing the Legacy Donation Form
1. Navigate to Fundraising and select Fundraising Campaigns.
2. Select the name of the Campaign that would like to create a donation form for.
Note: If you need help creating a campaign, please see the Fundraising Campaigns article.
3. This page will give general information about the campaign. To preview the donation form for this campaign, select the link.
4. A tab will open that will allow you to preview the donation form. Close the tab when finished.
Editing the Donation Form
1. Navigate to Settings Cog and select Global Settings.
2. Under Forms & Pages, select Themes.
3. On the New Theme dropdown menu, select New Theme.
4. Fill in the Theme Name and select from an existing theme. You can also create a new theme in this section. When finished, select Next.
5. Fill out fields in the Colors & Fonts tab.

6. Fill out fields in the Header Content tab.

8. When finished press Save & Close.
9. Even though we have Saved the theme, it will not be saved until we apply it to the form. To accomplish navigate to the campaign by selecting Fundraising and select Fundraising Campaigns.
10. Select the name of the Campaign that you are working with.
11. Select Edit.
12. In the Theme dropdown menu, select the new theme that we just created. When finished, select Submit.
13. Now that the theme has been selected, we can now input the main content on the donation form. On the campaign page, select Configure Campaign Donation Form.
14. Select Next.
15. This page will allow you to adjust which fields you would like on the form. Drag and drop the fields you would like on the form to the right side of the page. When finished, select Next.
16. Title the page. This will determine what text will appear as a header at the top of the form.
17. Complete the following fields for each section. If there are multiple sections, there will be multiple sections on this page you can modify.

18. Select Preview to view an approximation of the appearance of your web form. When finished, select Submit.
19. If you preview your form on the campaign page, you will see that the form reflects the changes you made.
