Pre-Configure Donation Form Payment Options
1. Navigate to the Global Settings Cog and select Global Settings.
2. Under Payments & Transactions select Tender Types.
3. There are many tabs on the left side of the page. Under Tender Types, you will see all the active and inactive tender types on your donation form. To edit which tender types appear, select Edit Tender Types.
4. Slide the toggle to the right under status to activate the tender type. Slide the toggle to the left to make a tender type inactive. If you would like to add a new tender type, you can select, Add a New Tender Type. When finished, select Save.
5. Select Payment Gateways tab. This page allows you to view or edit any payment gateways connected to your Neon CRM account, including Neon Pay.
6. Select the Donor Covered Fees tab. You may adjust the options per table below. When finished with this section, select Save.

Transaction Type Settings |
This option allows you to add a checkbox to a donation form so donors can choose to cover the cost of processing fees for online payments. Select the toggle next to donations to activate this option. |

Otherwise, fee coverage donations will be allocated to the campaign selected here. |
7. Select the Card Swiper tab. This section allows you to select any applicable card swiper technology hardware that is compatible with Neon CRM. When finished, select Save.
8. Select the Paypal Button tab. This page allows you to add a PayPal button to a donation form. Input the email address that is associated with your PayPal account. Then, toggle on the Display PayPal Button. When finished, select Update.
Note: the PayPal button will only process one-time donations and will direct donors away from the donation form itself.
