Adding an Individual Account
1. Select the Quick Add icon, then select New Individual on the drop-down menu.
2. Fill out the required fields. To add additional information, select the left arrow to reveal additional optional fields.
3. When all applicable information has been entered, select Create Account.
Adding a Company Account
1. Select the Quick Add icon, then select New Company on the drop-down menu.
2. Fill out the required fields. To add additional information, select the left arrow to reveal additional optional fields.
3. When all applicable information has been entered, select Create Account.
Viewing a New Account
To view a newly created account:
1. After an account is created, the confirmation message below will appear. Click on the name link to view the new account.
2. The new account will appear. You may use the left menu to navigate through and locate specific account information for the new constituent.
Viewing an Existing Account
To view an existing account:
1. Select Accounts in the navigation menu and then select Accounts on the drop-down menu.
2. On the Accounts list page, select the Account Name you wish to view. You may use the search function located on the right side above the account list, if needed, to locate the account you wish to view.
3. The constituent's account page will appear. You may use the left menu to navigate through and locate specific account information for the constituent.
Editing an Account
1. Select Accounts in the navigation menu and then select Accounts on the drop-down menu.
2. On the Accounts list page, select the Account Name you wish to view. You may use the search function located on the right side above the account list, if needed, to locate the account you wish to view.
3. The constituent's account page will appear. Select Edit in the upper right corner to make changes to the account.
4. When you have made all applicable changes, select Save.
