Apple Pay and Google Pay are two of the most popular mobile payment methods available today, and Neon One is excited to offer the ability to accept Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions to Neon Pay merchants. Neon Giving Days now supports the functionality of Google Pay & Apple Pay as a donation cart check-out option!
You can choose to have either Google Pay, Apple Pay, or both. If interested in utilizing this functionality, please connect with your Project Manager to coordinate the set-up of this exciting new feature.

Why don’t I see the Apple Pay button on my forms?
Apple Pay is only available on Safari web browsers and on iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. View a full list of compatible Apple devices here.
Why don’t I see the Google Pay button on my forms?
Google Pay is currently only available on Chrome web browsers and on Android devices. View a full list of compatible Google Pays devices here.
Are there extra fees for Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions?
No. There are no additional fees to process Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions. Neon Pay fees are exactly the same as any other CC charge, based on a host’s contracted Neon Pay rate.
Can constituents still cover the fees using Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Donor Covered Fee options are still available when using Apple Pay or Google Pay payment methods.
Can constituents create recurring transactions using Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Recurring transactions can be created when using Apple Pay or Google Pay payment methods.
How do I report on Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions?
In Neon Pay, transactions originating from Apple Pay or Google Pay will be given a Source value of “Apple Pay” or “Google Pay.” From the Charges table or Charge Report, you can use the Source filter to view charges that originated from Apple Pay or Google Pay.
