Cover Fees for Ticket Purchases
Users are now able to cover fees when purchasing tickets. This is available immediately upon release on all ticket forms on campaigns for which the donor cover fees setting is enabled in the Admin, under Forms > Donation Options.
Tickets in Neon CRM
It is now possible to sync tickets to Neon CRM!
Under System > Integrations > Neon CRM > Registrations, administrators can choose whether to sync registrations or tickets to Neon CRM for each campaign (both registrations and tickets cannot be synced from a single campaign).
The sync tries to find a matching ticket in Neon CRM using the ticket’s API name. If a match cannot be found, a new ticket is created in Neon CRM.
If an additional donation was submitted along with the ticket purchase, the donation part is synced to Neon CRM as a donation.
Tickets on non-role-registration campaigns can also be synced to Neon CRM with this update (though registrations on said campaigns cannot be synced at this time).
- Administrators can now create a custom automated email based on the new “Next recurring charge” trigger. This could be useful, for example, to remind donors of an upcoming recurring charge.
- Updated the fundraising page endurance progress widget background to match the other page widgets.
Fixed an issue that was causing recurring plans to not be charged on Braintree.
