Create System Emails based on Membership Due Dates
1. Navigate to Settings Icon and Select Global Settings
2. Under Communications, select System Emails
3. Scroll down to Membership Due email. Select View Email Schedules
If previous email versions have been set up, you will see a note showing the number of email schedules enabled.
4. Select New Schedule
All of the scheduled emails are listed here.
5. Complete the fields on this page. When finished, select Next.

Enter a name for the email schedule |

Assign the trigger days of your schedule |
Enter a number for Trigger Days. This is the number of days prior to the expiration date that you would like your email to be sent. |

Email Configuration |
Select the System Email Enabled checkbox so this email will be sent by the CRM. Add Sender Name, Subject, CC Email, Sender Email, and/or BCC Email. |
6. Here you can view information about this email . You can set up conditions and build new versions like any other system email.
