Create a Letter Themes
1. Navigate to Settings Icon and Select Global Settings.
2. Under Communications, select Letter Themes.
3. Select New Letter Theme and select New Letter Theme from the dropdown menu.
The list below displays the letter templates that have already been built.
4. Complete the fields on this page. Then, select Next.

5. On the Letter Theme Editor, you can modify the letter settings.

Select whether this letter will print on blank paper or on letterhead by selecting the appropriate radio dial. |

Select the text font for the heading and body of this letter theme. |

Select the Header, Default Body, and Footer color. You can enter the HEX code or select a color from the color wheel. |

The padding setting adjusts the spacing between content blocks. |

Determine the margins around your Neon CRM letter content. Keep in mind that the appearance of your printed letter may also be affected by your printer settings and margin settings. |
6. Select Preview to see what the template will look like. When finished, select Save & Close.
7. Your Template will appear on the list of templates below. You can make your template the default by selecting the Actions icon and Set as Default.
