The new unified sign-in process for Arts People went live May 12, 2022! All Arts People administrators are now able to log into Arts People, Neon Pay, and all other Neon One products with a universal login.
If you haven't already set up SSO:
You will be asked to verify your email address and password as part of this process. If you already have a Neon Pay or Neon CRM account, you will not need to set a new password (as long as you use the same email as your existing Neon One account). Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Log into your account
Log into your Arts People system as you normally would. This will automatically start your email verification process. At this step, you’ll be asked to confirm the email address on file. Please ensure this email belongs to you and is not shared across staff members.
Step 2: Check your email
You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.
Step 3: Create your Password
You will be asked to set and confirm your new password.
Note:
- If you already have a Neon One account and have used the same email address, you will not have to complete steps 2 & 3.
- If you have access to multiple Arts People accounts, you will have to complete these steps for each account. You can use the same email across systems to link and toggle between systems or you can use unique emails if you want to keep the logins separate.
- As part of this update, we’re adding the ability to scan mobile tickets directly into Arts People. Both iOS and Android users will be able to use this feature within Arts People instead of using our iOS scanning app. Once you complete your migration you will no longer be able to use the dedicated ios app. More info HERE.
- Once this is complete, you’ll be able to log into all of your Neon One applications at https://app.neonsso.com/login
