Neon CRM
New:
- Customizable QR codes are now available for new account and donation forms. To generate a QR code, edit a new account or donation form and click on the QR code icon to the left of the Preview button.
- Payout ID, Payout Status, and Payout Date are now all available as both search criteria and output columns in the Transaction and Itemized Transaction Reports.
- Internal system notification emails now have standardized sender information. Going forward, the sender name Neon CRM and sender email noreply@neoncrm.com will be used. See this announcement for more information.
- A token for the Donor Note field is now available in internal and external Workflow emails.
- GMT offsets have been added to Time Zone dropdowns.
- Updated the message which appears when the maximum number of concurrent users are logged in to a Neon CRM system.
Fixed:
- Fixed an issue where activity reminder emails were still being sent to deactivated users.
- Fixed an issue where payment method radio buttons on front-end forms may be unresponsive if the organization's name contained special characters.
- Fixed an issue where the Donations & Pledges list incorrectly sorted donations made on the same date.
- Fixed an issue where submitting a survey which accepts payments, has a new theme applied, and has an exit page message set would return an error message.
- Fixed an issue with Edit buttons in the Organization Profile when using Safari.
- Fixed an issue where switching multiple times between the one-page and multi-page flow for new donation forms would result in a duplicate Amount label displaying.
- Fixed an issue where a horizontal scrollbar could appear in the Constituent Login Portal's My Memberships page if a theme was set as default.
