Livestream Overlay Builder
Administrators and fundraisers can now build their livestream overlay in a user-friendly interface. Administrators can access the Overlay Builder from the "Add Overlay" dropdown in Site Builder. Fundraisers can access the Overlay Builder in the Share popup in their dashboard.
Improvements
- Refunds marked in Neon Pay as "Refund Pending" are now recognized in Neon Fundraise as a successful refund.
- Added new "as_int" filter to Liquid that converts an applicable string to int.
- Added a default Spanish translation for the homepage progress widget.

Fixed an issue that prevented the email recipient list to load when composing an email from the Admin on campaigns with a large number of members.
- We made a change to correctly identify Neon Pay refunds.
