- Overhauled our Neon Portal integration to support relevant changes to that system.

- Fixed a bug that occurs when uploading a favicon with a filename that matches one already in the system.

Fixed a bug related to bolding the share count text in the standalone page share widget.
Upcoming
- The dashboard "Share" tab will be replaced with a new share lightbox that will accessible via conspicuous buttons in the dashboard.
- Some Admin pages related to account creation and password management will be updated to reflect the new Neon Fundraise brand.
