Administrators can now enable or disable the PDF Attachment per auto-responder.

Campaign cards on platforms that represent standalone donation and ticketing pages now pull their main image from the page's main image.

We will be making hierarchal and syntactical changes to the admin security roles permissions list to make everything clearer.

The notification email on all existing tribute campaigns will be modified to use {{Notification.Message}} instead of {{Donation.Message}}.
- The Register and Login pages for role reg campaigns will be significantly updated so that the email and password fields appear on two separate screens.
- We're doing some house cleaning in the "Various" section of the Campaign Settings tab.

The recipient search on platform donation pages will no longer return fundraisers and teams from delisted campaigns within that platform.
