Administrators can now edit the donation amount buttons on the new campaign donation page.

When donating to a specific fundraiser or team from a platform campaign or global donation form, the donation form dynamically configures itself to include custom fields that are available on the donation form of the local campaign that the relevant fundraiser or team resides on. This way, all the right questions are asked in all the right times.
