User Profile Section (for all fundraisers)

Fundraisers can update and manage their contact information in the new User Profile section, and it will propagate across all of the campaigns in the organization. This information was previously accessed in the Fundraiser Headquarters within each campaign.

Fundraisers can now view all of their pages in the Campaigns tab of the Profile section.

Fundraisers can now manage notification preferences for all campaigns in the Notifications tab of the Profile section.

New design for User Profile dropdown in the top right. Fundraiser’s name is replaced with profile image, and the dropdown itself is redesigned.

Fundraisers can switch accounts from the User Profile dropdown.

New quick switcher for recently accessed campaigns, located next to the User Profile dropdown.

Fundraiser Dashboard (opt in)

Organizations can opt to replace the Fundraiser Headquarters with our new Fundraiser Dashboard, which is located on the fundraiser’s personal fundraising page. This means there will be only one destination for a fundraiser in each campaign they are registered for. Please contact us if you’d like to configure your campaign with Fundraiser Dashboard.

Homepage of the Dashboard is redesigned, with a new donation-tracking graph, redesigned buttons and progress list.
Improvements

As part of the User Profile upgrade, all contact information of users is now set on the organization-level. This means that a user’s name, for example, can’t be different on different campaigns within an organization. Consequently, any change made to contact information of a user reflects across the organization.

Address handling has been improved so that all addresses entered by a user are recorded instead of overwriting previous addresses.

If a fundraiser’s email is not verified, their email interface is disabled.

Promote via Social buttons have been redesigned.

The icons in the Import Contacts popup window have been redesigned.
Known Issues

As part of this release, the member-merge tool has been slightly downgraded: when merging members, admins cannot choose which fields to apply from individual members. We are working hard to get this updated as soon as possible.
