Until now, links such as the reset password and verify email links, were hidden when viewing the sent email. They are now displayed, so administrators can grab these links and send them directly to users if they need to.

The payment ID associated with a donation is now passed to PayPal. This allows for more accurate reconciliation between Rallybound and PayPal reports.
