With our Constant Contact integration, you can push any and all of your Neon Fundraise contacts to your Constant Contact account. This allows you to include them in your Constant Contact marketing campaigns, and stay in communication even after the campaign is over. Our Constant Contact integration allows you to:
- Push the contact information of new contacts (registrants, fundraisers, attendees, team captains, and donors) into a Constant Contact list, with merge options.
- Manually push the contact information of any class of records into a Constant Contact list, with the ability to add them to a new or existing Constant Contact list.
- Push custom member information or registration fields to existing Constant Contact fields. If you’d like to set this up, contact one of our team members.
Neon Fundraise reports are robust, in real-time, and can be filtered flexibly. This allows for the most up-to-date and accurate information to be pushed to Constant Contact. The only limit to the possible push combinations is your imagination!
Some use cases:
- Push attendees and team captains to separate Constant Contact lists for future communication.
- Using advanced filtering in the Neon Fundraise reporting tools, push all fundraisers who have raised over their goal (or, over $500) to a list called “Successful Fundraisers” for future communication.
Set Up a Constant Contact Integration
To set up a Constant Contact integration, follow these steps:
- Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which you'd like to configure this setting.
- Select System > Integrations
- Check the Constant Contact checkbox
- Click "Connect to Constant Contact"
- Enter your Constant Contact login information in the ensuing window
- Back in the Admin, make sure the following settings are set to your preference:
- Allow pushing from admin reports and grids: Adds the option to manually push multiple records to Constant Contact. This option will be added to the bulk actions dropdown in reports and contact-lists throughout the Admin.
- Auto push: Pushes new contacts to Constant Contact automatically when they are created. Here you can select which contact types to push to Constant Contact
- Auto push details: Map which Constant Contact lists the various contact types will be pushed to
-
Override existing contacts' info: This option allows you to determine how to resolve conflicts between a pushed contact and one that already exists in your Constant Contact database (the system matches contacts based on the email address). When this option is checked, other fields in the relevant Constant Contact record will be overridden by the fields — which contain information — in the pushed contact.
Note: this option is only available for auto-push. For manual push, the Constant Contact fields will always be overridden on conflict.
