How to see which registrants used discount codes

Administrators can run a report to see which registrants used discount codes. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the campaign on which to run this report
3. Click the "Reports" tab
4. Locate and double-click the "Registrants with Products, Donation and Contacts Summary"
5. Click "Run Report" in the top left of the report tab
6. Once the report is loaded, scroll across to find the "Discount Code" column
7. Click on the arrow next to the top of the column, and click "Group by this field"
8. All registrants who have used discount codes will now be grouped together at the bottom of the list
