From the contact book, fundraisers can import contacts from multiple vendors, and can view, manage, and export their contacts, see the date the contact was last emailed and the date the contact last donated. In addition, emails can be sent to contacts selected from the contact book. Contacts may be imported directly from:
- Gmail
- Yahoo
- Outlook.com
- iCloud
- Outlook
- Apple Address Book
- AOL
- CSV file (Download the CSV template provided on the pop-up and then upload it back)
The fundraiser contact book is shared across all campaigns within a single organization. Any changes made to the contact book in one campaign is immediately reflected in all other campaigns. Activity data — last emailed and last donated — displayed in the contact book are campaign-specific.
To see the date the contact last donated, hover over the donate icon next to their name.
The Contact book is accessed in the Fundraiser Dashboard.
