Neon Fundraise gives administrators the ability to present their sponsors on their campaign site.
- To add a sponsor to your site, you'll need to set up Sponsor Levels first.
- Once the level is set up, you can add sponsors to the Sponsor Levels.
- Finally, you can enable the levels and sponsors you have added to display on your site in two locations: the homepage and/or a separate Sponsors page

Add a Sponsor Level to a Campaign
To add a sponsor level to your campaign:
- Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
- Click the Website tab
- Click Sponsors on the drop-down menu
- Click Add Sponsor Level in the top left
- Enter a Level Name (which will be displayed on the sponsor page)
- Set the Order Number in which this level will be displayed relative to other levels
- Select the Is Active checkbox to make the level display on your site (any sponsor in an inactive level will not be displayed anywhere on the site)
- Select the Only show on sponsor page checkbox to exclude any sponsor in this level from the homepage sponsor widget
- Click Save
Add a Sponsor to a Campaign
To add a sponsor to your campaign:
- Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
- Click the Website tab
- Click Sponsors on the drop-down menu
- Double-click the Sponsor Level to which you would like to add the new sponsor
- Click Add Sponsor in the resulting window
- Enter the Sponsor Name (and any other applicable information)
- If desired, select Browse in the Upload Image field to select an image to use as the sponsor's logo (Neon Fundraise's system will automatically display the logo at the correct size)
- If an image is uploaded, select the Use Image checkbox to display the sponsor's logo instead of their name
- Select the Order Number, which determines how the sponsor is displayed relative to other sponsors in that level
- Select the Is Active checkbox to display the sponsor on your site
Note: Uncheck the Is Active box to remove a sponsor from your site. - Click Save
Edit a Sponsor Level and a Sponsor on a Campaign
To edit a sponsor's information on your site:
- Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
- Click the Website tab
- Click Sponsors on the drop-down menu
- Double-click on the Sponsor Level you would like to edit
- On the pop-up, either select Edit to edit the sponsor level or double-click the sponsor you would like to edit
- Edit the sponsor level and/or sponsor information as needed
- When all applicable changes have been made, click Save
Display Sponsors on your Campaign Website
Sponsors and levels that have been added to your campaign can be displayed in two locations on your campaign website:
1. On the campaign home page in the Sponsors widget. See more on how to enable a widget on your homepage here.
2. As a Sponsors page in the navigation using the Existing Page "Sponsors". See more on how to add a page to your site's navigation here.
Note that you can choose to hide a sponsor level from the Sponsors widget on the home page. This is useful if you only want to feature top sponsors on the home page, and you want to relegate lower sponsor levels to only display on the Sponsors page.
Check the "Only Display on Sponsors Page" setting on the Sponsor Level to hide the level from the homepage.
