How to add or edit a sponsor on your site

Neon Fundraise gives administrators the ability to present their sponsors on their campaign site. To add a sponsor to your site, you'll need to set up Sponsor Levels first. Once that's set up, you can add sponsors to the Sponsor Levels.

Add a Sponsor Level

To add a sponsor level to your site, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
3. Click the "Website" tab
4. Click "Sponsors" in the left sidebar
5. Click "Add Sponsor Level" in the top left
6. Give the level a name (which will be displayed on the sponsor page)
7. Set the order in which this level will be displayed relative to other levels
8. Make the level active to display on your site (any sponsor in an inactive level will not be displayed anywhere on the site)
9. Select "Only show on sponsor page" to exclude any sponsor in this level from the homepage sponsor widget
10. To add a sponsor to this level, click "Add Sponsor"
11. Click "Save"

Add a Sponsor

To add a sponsor to your site, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
3. Click the "Website" tab
4. Click "Sponsors" in the left sidebar
5. Click on the Sponsor Level you'd like to add the new sponsor to
6. Click "Add Sponsor" in the resulting window
7. Fill out the sponsor's name and website
8. Select an image to use as the sponsor's logo (Neon Fundraise's system will automatically display the logo at the correct size)
9. Select "Use Image" to display the sponsor's logo instead of their name
10. Select the order number, which determines how the sponsor is displayed relative to other sponsors in that level
11. Activate the sponsor to display it on your site
    Note: Uncheck the Is Active box to remove a sponsor from your site.
12. Click "Save"

Edit a Sponsor

To edit a sponsor's information on your site, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the campaign on which to add your sponsors
3. Click the "Website" tab
4. Click "Sponsors" in the left sidebar
5. Click on the Sponsor Level you'd like to add the new sponsor to
6. Double-click the sponsor you would like to edit
7. Edit the sponsor information as desired
   Note: Uncheck the Is Active box to remove a sponsor from your site.
8. Click "Save"
