How to upload an image or video to your site's homepage

Site Builder allows administrators to upload, delete, and move media on their campaign site. To upload an image or video to your site, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Click the paintbrush icon on the campaign you wish to edit in the Site Builder

To upload a homepage image

1. In the Site Builder bar, click on the image icon 
2. Click the + sign in the upper right corner
3. Drop image directly in the photo area or click on the camera to choose an image from your computer
4. Multiple banner images will rotate on the event site landing page.

Tip: Most homepage image containers are 2500x785 px. However, any high-resolution image can work in the hero image container. The site builder toolbar allows you to position and crop your image to fit the container. Click and drag the image to position and use the slider on the right side to zoom in and out.

Note: there is a 25mb upload limit for all file uploads in Neon Fundraise's system.

To add a homepage video

1. Retrieve the YouTube or Vimeo URL of the video you want to add.
2. In the Site Builder bar, click on the image icon and then click the + sign in the upper right corner
3. Click Add Video
4. Choose whether to add a video from YouTube or Vimeo (other services not supported)
5. Paste the video URL and hit Enter
6. Click "Add"
