Neon Fundraise's administrator account management experience is provided by the Single Sign-On (SSO) service provided by Neon One, Neon Fundraise's parent company. As part of this, password changes are managed in the NeonSSO interface. To change you administrator password, follow these steps:
- Log in to app.neonsso.com
- Click the the profile dropdown at the top right
- Click "Update Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your desired password*
- Click "Change My Password"
The password reset process can also be triggered by visiting app.neonsso.com, clicking "Forgot your password?" and following the ensuing flow.
If multi-factor authentication is enabled, changing your password invalidates all trusted devices. This will require you to verify your account again (learn more).
*Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and include one lowercase character, one uppercase character, a number, and a special character.
