Neon Fundraise allows administrators to choose the email notifications they wish to receive for each campaign.
Notifications
The notifications are broken down into 3 categories:
New Transactions
This notifies administrators of:
- Ticket Purchase
- Recurring Donation Plan
- Recurring Donation Instance
- Donation
New Registrations
This notifies administrators of:
- Registration
- RSVP
- Member Joined
Fundraising Progress
This notifies administrators of:
- Team Goal Amount Change
- Goal Amount Change
- Team Page Change
- Fundraiser Page Change
- Contact Form
- Custom Form
- Badge Award

Update Notifications
How to update email notifications:
- Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Click on your profile image (or initials) in the top right and click "My Profile"
- Navigate to Notifications tab
- This page will display all campaigns you are an administrator on and the 3 notifications you can opt into.
- If you wish to be notified on all campaigns, click the master checkbox under the New Transactions, New Registrations or Fundraising Progress
- Otherwise, go through the list and select the particular notification for each campaign in the list
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Save button
Alternative setting: Email Address to be notified
To receive all three categories of email notifications for an entity, email addresses can be added under System > Advanced > Email Address to be notified, as an alternative to the notification selection under My Profile.
This is particularly useful for email addresses that are not system administrators but require email notifications, as any email address can be added in this setting.
