How to disable registration

Neon Fundraise provides administrators ways in which they can manage their registration, specifically whether and when registration is open for the public. To this end, registration can be disabled or can be scheduled to be disabled at a later date and time.

Disable Registration

To disable registration effective immediately, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the entity (organization, group, or campaign) on which you'd like to configure this setting. Click here to learn more about inherited settings.
3. Click the "Forms" tab
4. Click "Registration Settings" in the left sidebar
5. Toggle the setting to disable registrations
6. Registration for all relevant campaigns will be closed effective immediately.

Schedule Registration to be Disabled

To schedule the disabling of registration, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
2. Navigate to the entity (organization, group, or campaign) on which you'd like to configure this setting. Click here to learn more about inherited settings.
3. Click the "Forms" tab
4. Click "Registration Settings" in the left sidebar
5. In the "Registration Close Date" field, select the date and time to close the registration. (Please note all times are in PST/PDT.)
6. Registration will automatically close at the scheduled date and time.
