Ticket purchases may be deleted from the Admin in two ways: by deleting the purchase directly, or by deleting the donation associated with the ticket purchase.
Method 1: Delete the ticket directly
- Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which to delete the ticket purchase
- Navigate to Transactions > Tickets
- Double-click the ticket to be deleted
- Click "Delete" in the ticket record
- In the ensuing confirmation module, click "Yes" to confirm the ticket deletion. The amount paid for the ticket will be applied as a donation.
Method 2: Delete the ticket purchase
- Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
- Navigate to the campaign on which to delete the ticket purchase
- Navigate to Transactions > Donations
- Locate and double-click the donation that represents the ticket purchase transaction
- Click "Delete/Refund" in the donation record. The associated tickets will be deleted as well.
- In the ensuing confirmation module:
- Click "Yes" to delete and refund the donation
- Click "No" to delete but not refund the donation
- Click "Cancel" to cancel deletion
Deleting a ticket (in either method) will update the tickets used and available counts for the relevant ticket in the Ticket Builder.
