How to run the Charge Report

1. Log into Neon Pay (you can access it here)
2. Click Charges in the top menu
3. Click Run Charge Report on the right side of the page
4. Update your filter criteria  
5. Click run report in the lower-right corner

Note that you may have to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to view all of your selected columns.  

Your charge report gives you the option to export your data.

To return to your report filters and edit your criteria, click the Update Report button in the top-right.
