Your donation receipt will have been sent to the email address you provided when you made your contribution. The sender name should correspond to Giving Day to which you donated. If you cannot locate this message in your inbox, your donation receipt can be resent.
Resend through the Giving Day website
If you made your donation through a Giving Day, you can request that your receipt be resent through the Giving Day website.
- Return to the Giving Day website where you made your donation
- On the homepage, locate the the Need Your Giving Day Receipt widget
- Enter the email address you used at checkout and select the year in which your donation was made
- Click Get Receipts
Access donations through your Donor account
At the time of your donation, you had an option to donate as a guest or create/sign into a Donor account. If you created an account follow these steps to log in and resend your donation receipt.
- Return to the Giving Day website where you made your donation
- Find Login in the top-right corner
- Select Donor from the Login menu
- Enter your email address and password to sign in
- Click the tab labeled My Donations and you will see a list of all of the donations you’ve made for this organization.
- Click the button labeled Send Receipt to resend your donation receipt to your email.
Guest Checkout does not create a Donor account.
