Introduction
NeonCRM offers a custom import utility for Audubon Society organizations. This utility allows you to easily import membership roster data provided by the National Audubon Society into your NeonCRM system.
This utility must be turned on for your NeonCRM system. If you follow the instructions in this guide and do not see the option for the Audubon Society Utility, please contact NeonCRM Technical Support and request that this utility be turned on in your NeonCRM system.
Data Format
Data must be in a .CSV file format. The first column in the below table is how the columns must be named and the order in which the must appear on the .CSV spreadsheet. The second column indicates where this data will be imported into NeonCRM. The account custom fields ACS ID, Start Date, Expired Date, and Date Paid will be automatically created in your NeonCRM system when the utility is turned on. These fields cannot be deleted; the import utility will no longer work if they are deleted.

Data Import
To import data using the utility, log into NeonCRM and select System Settings Home under the System Settings tab. In the center column under the Custom Import header, select Audubon Society Import.
A screen will display with basic information about previous import using the utility. To create a new import, select New Import.
To upload your data, select Choose File next to File Name. Note that the file must be in a .CSV format. For File Type, select CSV (Created from Microsoft Excel). Click Next.
The import is now complete. In the first row, you can see the import date and number of accounts imported. You can also download a raw file of the imported data by selecting Excel, or undo the import by selecting Undo.
