Event Registration System Email - Neon CRM Standard Version
This system email populates content that is not available in tokens when building your own versions, such as detailed information about:
- registrants
- attendees
- ticket prices
- sessions
- payment information
To edit the header and footer content, navigate to your System Emails list and click Edit Version next to the Event Registration system email.
Select Edit Content.
Make changes to the header and/or footer information. When editing the header/footer content, you can add tokens to from within the text editor.
When finished, select Save & Close.
Creating New Versions of the Event Registration Email
Neon CRM offers two options for creating new Event Registration acknowledgment emails:
1. Use the Build New Version button
Complete the fields in the Version & Subject section.
Complete the fields in the Condition section.
Complete the fields in the Email Link Authentication section.
Complete the fields in the Sender (Name & Email) section.
Complete the fields in the BCC Email Address section.
Complete the fields in the Content section.
When finished, select Ready to Send.
2. Copy the Neon CRM Standard Version
Create a new version from a copy of the email and set unique subject line, CC/Bcc, sender name, and/or header/footer content for that version.
Using the Copy Neon CRM Standard Version method
You will then be allowed to add custom settings for this version by selecting Edit Version from the row of the newly copied version. Make changes as desired.
View the copy to make changes to the header and footer of the email.
This copy can be set as default or given conditions just like any other version of the Event Registration Confirmation email.
Purchase Acknowledgement System Email
To edit the header and footer content, navigate to your System Emails list and click Edit Version next to the Purchase Acknowledgement system email.
Select Edit Content.
Select the content block to make changes to the header and/or footer.
When editing the header/footer content, you can edit Tokens within the text editor. These are the only tokens that can be used in the header/footer content of this email.
