In Neon, a member is an account with an active membership transaction on it.
Neon CRM contains a built-in list of all membership transactions, the main menu's Memberships.
This lists all membership transactions: joins, renews, pending, succeeded, inactive, future, and more. To isolate just current memberships, set the Membership Status filter to just show active memberships. These are successfully paid memberships with a start date in the present or past and an expiration date in the future.
The active membership list will generally present a unique list of members. However, if an account has multiple active memberships, they will be listed multiple times.
If you generally want to see a list of active membership terms, Save Filters. When you return to the page, it will automatically be filtered. This does not affect other Users' views.
In addition, here are other ways to identify your members:
- In reports (e.g. All Accounts report), add the search criterion of Membership Expiration Date Greater & Equal to Current Day.
- In reports, add search criterion of Account Membership Status.
Note: This feature will also include members in the Grace Period if this setting extends the benefits through the grace period timeframe.
- Look at the Membership Stats widget. Click on the blue number under Current Members to see a list of current members of that level. If the level you are looking for is not present, click the cog in the upper right corner to adjust the settings.
- Run the One-Click All Current Members report.
