Viewing Emails in a Constituent Profile
1. Use the search box to find the name of the constituent. Select the constituent’s name to open the account.
2. In the account sections, select Sent Emails.
3. A list of all emails sent to this constituent are listed in the Neon CRM Emails tab

This is the date the email was sent. |

This will indicate if the email was opened. |

Clicks |
This will indicate if the constituent clicked on any links in the message. |

Status |
This will indicate if there was an error or if the email was sent. If there is an error, select the email name link to see the reason for the error. |
4. On the External Emails tab, you will see a list of emails sent from an external email client.
Viewing All Sent Emails
1. At the mission control dashboard, navigate to the Emails tab. Select Sent Emails.
2. This page will list all system emails sent from the CRM.

Recipient |
The Recipient column displays the name of the person the email was sent to. If the recipient has a Neon account, then their name will appear as a blue hyperlink. When clicked, you will be taken to their account page. If the recipient name is not hyperlinked, that means the email was not sent to a Neon account. This can also mean it was a test email sent by a system user. |

Subject Line |
This is the subject line of the email. |

Email Type |
This column displays the type of system email that was sent. |

Send Time |
This column will indicate when the email was sent. |

Note |
The note column tells you why it was declined. Hover your mouse over the note to see more details, if available. |

Status |
This column will indicate if an email was declined or Successfully sent. |
3. Use the filter options to find specific emails.
The Sent Emails List can be filtered by selecting one of the criteria at the top and clicking Search.
4. To resend emails, check the box next to the email you would like to resend and select Resend Selected Emails.
