How do I access Neon Pay?
An existing user can access Neon Pay by logging into app.neonsso.com.
If your email address is affiliated with a Neon Pay user, you will see Neon Pay as an available application. Make sure you use the same email address in both Neon CRM & Neon Pay.
Other Neon One applications you use may be listed here as well. Click Open to access Neon Pay.
To set up a Neon Pay account for the first time, navigate to the Settings cog Sign up for Neon Pay from within your Neon CRM.
If your organization is already using Neon Pay, you will see the option to visit Neon Pay under the Settings cog in your CRM.
Note that having access to Neon CRM does not confer access to your organization's Neon Pay Merchant Portal To request access to your organization’s Merchant Portal, contact your Neon Pay Organization Administrator. They will be able to add you as a Neon Pay User.
How do I add a user?
Navigate to the Settings cog, then click User Management. Click New User and fill out the fields with the new user’s details. Be sure to use the same email address on their Neon CRM User profile, if one exists, to allow them to toggle between the apps smoothly.
Select a User Role: Staff or Administrator.
What are the user types within Neon Pay?
There are two user types in Neon Pay: Administrator and Staff. Staff users can read and pull transaction data, initiate refunds, and address disputes. Admin users can do all of the above, as well as modify linked bank account information, manage users for your organization, and edit merchant account information.
Administrators will also receive email notifications for important changes within the portal such as bank account modifications, dispute updates, and payout notifications.
One of my users forgot their password. How do I reset it?
Users can reset their passwords from the log in screen by clicking Forgot Password?
Admins can also send a reset password email to the user: Navigate to the Settings cog, then click User Management. Find the User and click Edit. Click Send Password Reset Email to User. Note: the password reset email expires in 24 hours.
How do I change the Organization Administrator?
Navigate to the Settings cog, then click User Management. Click the pencil icon in the row of the user to be promoted or demoted. Change their User Role.
How do I remove a user?
Navigate to the Settings cog, then click User Management. Click Edit in the user’s row and set them Inactive. They will no longer have access to Neon Pay.
Can I access more than one Neon Pay account?
Yes. If an Organization Admin adds you as a user to their Neon Pay organization account, and you are already a user in Neon Pay elsewhere, you will gain access to both Neon Pay accounts.
Once you are a user in multiple Neon Pay accounts, you will see a banner in Neon Pay. This banner tells you which Organization account you are currently logged into.
To switch between Organization accounts in which you're a user, click the Organization List button in the banner. You will be brought to the Organization Selection page, where you can choose another Organization account to access.
You may subscribe or unsubscribe from an Organization's emails from this page. Click the Action menu, then Subscribe or Unsubscribe to Emails.
