Learn how to navigate activities in this step-by-step guide. Activities is Neon CRM's task management feature. This feature allows system users to record and track interactions with constituents, whether they have already taken place or you are scheduling the activity to happen in the future. Activities can also be linked with Prospects and Grants.

Viewing Activities
1. The main Activity dashboard can be found by navigating to Moves Management and selecting Activities.
2. You now see the Activities list page. On this page you can filter the list of activities by nearly any activity data field using the filters located above the activities list. Select your options on the various drop-down menus, and the page will automatically filter. You may save filters, if desired.
3. On the Activities list page, if you select the checkbox next to one or more activities, four new items appear (as indicated by the red box below). With these selections, you may bulk edit the Status, Custom Status, Assignee, or delete existing activities.
Creating Activities
To create a new activity, on the Activities list page:
1. Select the Create New drop-down and then select New Activity.
The New Activity pop-up appear.
2. Complete the pop-up per the image and table below (the pop-up below is divided into three separate images, as it quite long).

This is the person with which the activity is taking place. Use the magnifying glass icon to search your database for accounts. |

Status marks the progress of the activity. Like Status, this is an indicator of progress. You can change the values of this field in your global settings. |

Establish the level of priority for this activity. |

Time Zone |
Select a time zone for this activity. |

Start Date/ Time Color |
These fields indicate when the activity is started. This is a way to categorize activities. |

Note |
This field is for adding any additional relevant information to this activity. It is for internal use only. This note content will be included in reminder emails sent to the system user/activity owner, but not in external reminders sent to the constituent. |

Select checkbox and time the reminder email will go out. |

File Upload |
This allows you to attach a file to an activity, such as a Word document, PDF, or image. This file can be accessed by staff users only. Select Browse to select a file, then select Upload to attach it. |
Modifying Activities
If you would like to edit, copy of delete an activity select the actions icon within the activity row. On the Activities list page,
1. Select the three dot Action Menu in the row of the activity you wish to modify and then select from one of the following three options: Edit Activity, Copy Activity, or Delete Activity.
