Users can access their instance of Neon CRM through login.neoncrm.com
Each Neon CRM has its own, unique login page as well. This is primarily used to access the Constituent Login Portal. Here is an example:
Select Go to Admin login or navigate to login.neoncrm.com in order to enter as a User. Your username is your email address.
The first time you log in, you will need to verify your email. You will be prompted to re-type your email address to confirm.
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to create your new password.
This is a one-time process, so complete it once and you're set.
If your organization is enforcing multifactor authentication or you are a Neon Pay Admin, you will need to set up two-step verification. Refer to this guide for a full walk through of setting this up.
You will receive an email notification for each new device signed into your User account.
You can review all devices which have accessed your User account. Navigate to app.neonsso.com, select the caret, and My Devices. This information is not visible to other Users of your Neon app.
If you do not recognize a device, click Change My Password. You will need to select a new password, log into Neon SSO again on a device, and confirm your identity through Two Factor Authentication, if necessary.
