Client Information (left side of this screen)
The Client Information screen should be kept updated with all your current information such as address, box office phone and email, etc. It is accessible only by Primary user types of your system.
From the Setup menu, click on Client Information. Enter in the address you would like our correspondence to go to, the name of the primary contact, and so forth. The administrative and financial contact information is not visible to your patrons.
The box office phone and email you enter here will appear to your patrons in various scenarios, so be sure these are what your patrons should see. This email is also the "reply-to" address for all automatic email confirmations going to your patrons.
Time Zone - the time zone your organization is in. This will then adjust all times in the system to your time zone. WARNING: do not change your time zone setting once any transactions have been processed in your system as it will effect the time stamp on historic transactions. Please contact your client services representative if you need to make a change to the time zone.
Uncheck this box when you are ready to get out of test mode and start selling tickets. - this is usually done by your CS Rep after all setup is completed and your system is ready to be set LIVE.
NOTE: All cash, check, comp transactions will be recorded as "test" transactions while your system is in test mode. Test transactions automatically disappear at midnight. However, running a transaction with a real credit card WILL PROCESS even while in test mode, and should be avoided. Any real transactions should wait until after your system is taken out of test mode. There may be data manipulation happening behind the scenes that could wipe out transaction data in the system, causing issues, etc. Please do not link to our public pages from your website or run any real credit card transactions or other transactions you want to keep while your system is in test mode.
Estimated Ticket Volume
This field is used to insert a total estimated ticket count that you believe you will sell in a year. This helps us to predict the flow of ticket transactions through the system for purposes of staffing, equipment, etc. This number must be input prior to your system going live.
