Updating your Organization's Information
It is important for the primary users of your system to keep client information current. For this example, let’s imagine your organization has moved to a new location. Therefore, you will need to update your organization's address.
- From the main page, select set up from the main menu on the left.
- Select Client Information under the privileged section. Here you will see all your organization's information.
- Adjust settings as needed. When finished, select Save.
Here, you can change your organization address. In addition, you have the option to change the box office phone number and email. The box office phone and email you enter here will be visible to your patrons. This email is also the reply to address for all automatic email confirmations going to your patrons.
If you have a business contact name, phone number, fax, or business email, you can enter those on this page. Note: None of the business contact is visible to patrons.
Time Zone refers to the time zone in which your organization is located. Important Note: Please refrain from changing your time zone setting once any transactions have been processed in your system as it will affect the time stamp on historic transactions. Please contact your client services representative if you need to make a change to the time zone.
