Custom reports that are design and created by an Arts People user in one account can then be easily used by another Arts People user in a different account. Once the parameters of a report have been saved, those same parameters can then be used in your own account to generate a starter report which you can further customize to your own needs.
For date range reports, once generated you will want to update the date range you are looking for by clicking the button with three dots at the upper left of your grid:
For show specific reports, once generated you will want to update the show selection:
After generating the report you can add, remove, or adjust any of the parameters the custom report started with. You'll see these above the grid:
The following is a list of custom reports that you can use in your own account as starter reports. You must be logged into your Arts People account already, then click one of the links below to generate that report in your own account. You can then fine tune it and save it as your own custom report:
REFUNDS (date range): Grouped by item type
SALES SUMMARY (date range): Items grouped by sales mode & item type
