How do I set up Neon Pay?
- Let us know you're interested in Neon Pay by emailing support@arts-people.com. We'll send you to the right place and will guide you through the process.
- Fill out the short Neon Pay registration form. You'll receive two emails from Neon Pay - a welcome email, and a create password email. Create a password for future access to Neon Pay, then log in.
- Once you log in, you'll be brought to the Neo nPay dashboard. Click the widget to create a New Merchant Account.
Fill out the Merchant Account form, selecting Arts People in the Application drop-down menu. See our Merchant Account FAQ for additional information, and email support@arts-people.com if you have any questions.
Return to Arts People and test to make sure Neon Pay is working.
How do I stop using Neon Pay?
Contact your Arts People representative to request deactivation of your Neon Pay account. Existing charges can be disputed several months afterward, so your Merchant Account will remain accessible for limited activities. The Neon Pay team will deactivate your Neon Pay account so that no new charges can be submitted. We will then set your minimum balance to $0, and pay out any remaining balance.
Note: if you plan to continue using Arts People and processing payments, you will need a different payment processor before cancelling Neo nPay.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee to deactivate Neon Pay.
