Hiding/Showing expired price terms - On the pricing screen, price terms related to specific shows that have past or packages in which all the shows have passed will automatically "hide" from view. This helps you to see only your current price terms. If you wish to view expired price terms, choose "Show expired pricing terms in this season".
Copying terms from last season - When building a new season of pricing terms, before you build any terms and the screen is blank there will be an option to "Copy pricing terms from last season" on the screen. This will enable you to copy all last season's terms and then edit them for the new season. Note that if the term formerly included a specific show or package, that field will now be blank and waiting for you to fill it in. Be sure to always test ALL copied price terms, in case any fields did not copy exactly over.
ALWAYS TEST - To reiterate, pricing is your responsibility as the client. Be sure to ALWAYS thoroughly test all pricing changes made by you or one of our Client Services Representatives. Remember to consider how one term might affect or combine with other terms as well.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: It is your responsibility to make sure prices are correct prior to making tickets available to your patrons, whether setup by you or by our staff. This includes base prices, discounts and per ticket or order fees, as well as combinations of pricing.
We recommend that you always thoroughly test your pricing, both online as well as from your internal box office screen, to ensure pricing is as expected.
You are responsible for any errors in pricing, Arts People will not be held responsible for issues that occur with your payment processing due to incorrect pricing setup.
