IMPORTANT REMINDER: It is your responsibility to make sure prices are correct prior to making tickets available to your patrons, whether setup by you or by our staff. This includes base prices, discounts and per ticket or order fees, as well as combinations of pricing. We recommend that you always thoroughly test your pricing, both online as well as from your internal box office screen, to ensure pricing is as expected. You are responsible for any errors in pricing, Arts People will not be held responsible for issues that occur with your payment processing due to incorrect pricing setup.
Adding a Package
Packages are used with subscriptions and to establish a package of shows that share the same pricing model. (Note: When setting up ticket pricing and packages, it is important to test your input information thoroughly to ensure accuracy. Contact the Neon One Support Center with any questions.) To add a package:
- From the Arts People homepage, select Setup.
- In the Pricing section of the Setup page, select Packages.
- On the Packages menu, in the dropdown list, select the performance season to which you wish the package to apply.
- Select Create Package.
The Create Package pop-up will appear.
- On the Create Package pop-up:
- Enter a package name in the Package Name field. This is the package name displayed to the public.
- If desired, enter a description in the Description field to provide details about the package. (This information is not visible to the public.)
- Select Select Shows.
- Select the shows you wish to include.
- Select the Back arrow.
- Enter a number in the Count of Shows in the Package field:

For subscriptions: (if you are creating a package for a subscription, please see the Subscription Setup process, as there are additional subscription-specific steps to complete once the package has been created)
- Input the minimum number of shows that comprise the package (i.e., if the patron can choose 5 shows out of 8 for a 5-show subscription, enter 5), and
- Check the Display on Subscription Screen box to make this package available via the subscription screens.

For ticket grouping purposes: (used to create a package wherein the shows share the same price for each single ticket price, i.e., you offer the patron a 3-show package with each show having the price of $25)
- Enter 1.
