Establishing Your Delivery Methods
- To establish your delivery methods, select setup from the main menu.
- Under the privileged sections, select Delivery Methods.
- There is a list of delivery methods you can offer to your patrons.
Let’s explore these options.
Delivery Method | Description |
Mobile tickets | Mobile tickets allow patrons to pull up a digital ticket on their mobile device. |
Print at Home | Print at Home allows patrons to print tickets at home before the event and bring their print-out when they arrive. |
Box office tickets | Box office tickets are purchased, in person, through the box office. |
Postal, express, and priority | Postal, express, and priority are all mailing options with varying shipping times. |
Willcall | Willcall allows a patron to order tickets in advance and pick up the tickets on the day of the event at the box office. |
- To enable a feature, select the edit pencil icon, in the row you would like to modify.
- You can now edit this delivery option. Optionally, change the name. Select the checkbox in the row if you would like this ticket available online and or at the box office. Then, select Save.
- Select the select option for method for online exchanges, default for door sales and default for box office exchanges. This will make this your default for these modes.
Note: If other options were previously the default option, this action will override previously set defaults. The same process applies for all other delivery methods. You can now make changes to your delivery methods.
