Selling a Class through the Box Office

Patrons may call, submit a mailer, or visit in-person to register for a class. You will need to sell this class through the box office.
Selling a Class through the Box Office
- To sell a class through the box office, select a patron within the box office. Select Box Office from the main menu on the left.
- Then, select Box Office Sales from the dropdown menu.
- From here, enter the patron information and select Lookup Existing Patron.
- The patron information will display within the fields. Now, select Enrollment from the main menu on the left. Then, select Enrollment from the dropdown menu.
- Select a term from the dropdown. Select the class from the Class dropdown.
- In the household member table, you will see the patron and her children listed. Make sure that the child you would like to enroll is marked in the Student column and the patron/ adult is selected in the Buyer column. Select Add to Order.
Note: Some classes are set up with age qualifications. If your student does not fit the description, an error message will display at checkout. The user inputting this sale can choose to override the restrictions.
- If a patron has not submitted the release notice, they will need to do this before they attend the class. To sign the release, locate the household member within the Household Member table and select No in their row and under the column Release Signed.
- Select I agree to the Release of Liability.
- Confirm the class details and enrollment information. Then, enter the payment information. When finished, select Purchase.
- The transaction page allows you to send additional emails or print the receipt.
