Verify performance dates
If there are no performances available on the app, sign in to Arts People on your computer select Box Office > Box Office Sales, and verify that you have a performance in the next 7 days. The Ticket Scanner app will only display performances coming up in the next week.
Scanning an Unscanned ticket displays "Uh Oh... Ticket(s) already scanned."
If you experience a "Ticket(s) already scanned" message, check that the ticket was from a Door Sale. By default, all Door Sale tickets are marked as scanned after they are sold. To change the default "marked as scanned" Door Sale setting, navigate to Setup - Privileged - Global Settings - Ticketing - "Count door tickets as scanned?", uncheck the box, and Save. (Access to the Global Settings and the available Global Settings options vary depending on your account level.)
Thanks - and have fun scanning!
